Alan’s work reflects a contemporary approach to landscape painting, influenced and underpinned by the colour and grandeur of the Australian landscape. In this body of work Alan has been exploring a looser style and is presenting larger paintings which are part of Alan’s response to what the landscape presents and the need to do it justice.
